Returns & Refund Policy

At Campus Culture, every product is printed on demand and made specifically for each order. Because of this, we follow the return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept return or replacement requests within 3 days of delivery only if:

  • The item received is damaged.
  • The item received has a printing defect.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The wrong size was delivered due to our error.

To request a return or replacement, please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Color preference
  • Accidental orders

As all products are printed on demand, each item is produced specifically for the customer after an order is placed.

Refunds

If a return or replacement request is approved:

  • A replacement product may be sent at no additional cost, or
  • A refund may be issued to the original payment method after the product is returned to our warehouse and inspected.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Return Shipping

Customers are not required to pay return shipping charges for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
